Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder
Our famous slow roasted lamb shoulder is slow cooked in garlic, thyme and lemon. We normally pull it apart to serve individual portions at Mrs Brown's, however no you can have the whole thing!
Perfect to keep in the fridge or freezer ready for a delicious lunch or dinner - simply reheat, and serve with salad, veggies, or whatever you feel like.
Lamb shoulder, lemon & thyme jus, garlic, salt, black pepper.
Stovetop: Place unopened packet in a large pot of boiling water for 10 – 15 minutes.
Oven: Remove from bag, and gently heat in the oven at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
