Paratha Bread (4 per pack)
Paratha bread is an Indian flatbread, and a firm favourite at Mrs Brown's (we use it for taco's, lamb and haloumi 'pancakes', and even desserts!) The buttery, flaky flatbread goes perfectly with curries and stir-fry's, or take a leaf out of our book and try it as a taco shell or in another non-traditional way.
There are four paratha breads in each serve. Keep them in the freezer until you're ready to cook them!
Wheat flour, vegetable oil, butter, sugar, salt, water.
Take paratha breads out of the freezer, and leave to slightly defrost for a few minutes. Peel from plastic sheets, and cook in a non-stick frypan (no butter/oil necessary). The paratha will bubble as it cooks – flip over regularly to check colour and crispiness each side, you want it golden! Each paratha bread should only take a couple of minutes.
