Lamb Paratha Pancake
Our lamb paratha pancakes are from our normal menu and are always a hit. Fried paratha bread stuffed with Middle Eastern spiced lamb mince, these are par-cooked and just need heating in the oven for 10 minutes!
Filling: lamb mince, ginger, ground cumin, potato starch, vegetable oil, salt. Pancake: wheat flour, vegetable oil, butter, sugar, salt, water.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Remove pancakes from plastic and place on a tray. Cook for around 5 minutes, flip pancake over and cook for another ~5 minutes. The pancake is ready when it has puffed out. Cut into 6 pieces and serve immediately.
