Haloumi Paratha Pancakes
Fried paratha bread stuffed with haloumi, confit garlic and parsley, these are par-cooked and just need 10 minutes in the oven to serve.
Filling: haloumi, garlic, parsley. Pancake: wheat flour, vegetable oil, butter, sugar, salt, water.
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Remove pancakes from plastic and place on a tray. Cook for around 5 minutes, flip pancake over and cook for another ~5 minutes. The pancake is ready when it has puffed out. Cut into 6 pieces and serve immediately.
